10 TEN-minutes moves to Flat Abs!!!

#WhiteCoatBody is back! Try these 10 moves (do them each for 1 minute or 10 times whichever you prefer). Abs are the center of the body and the most coveted area to have tightened up for the summer. These are some of my favorites moves and I’ll put videos along with them as well to help you out, enjoy!

10 Bicycle Crunches


10 Mountain Climbers

10 Side V-Ups


10 Leg Lifts


10 Toe Touches

10 Russian Twists
